One of the most important thing in many people’s lives is food. I think about it all the time until I get hungry and then I eat. Several times a day. I’m lucky that way because I know there are some who can’t or are forced to eat out of the garbage, like this cat.
Because of being hungry all the time I was excited get some Vietnamese food at he Chinese market. It was closed today. All that pink sent some energy to my hungry body and we went searching for a Chinese restaurant instead. After all, we were in the Chinese market.
During a heat wave when hungry one tends to hallucinate weird things. For a moment I saw myself being just fucking rich and waiting for someone coming in to my house smoking a cigarette. All I wanted was to use the fire distinguisher.

Back to reality. I’m not fucking rich, I’m not waiting for my house to be on fire, and I’m not hungry anymore. We found food (in a restaurant).
The possibilities are as endless just like a Swedish Midsummer night. Which is today btw.
When was the last time you had cotton candy? A week a go I would’ve not been able to answer that question. For a few years I’ve done all I can to avoid it, and embarrassed not to remember. Admitting it must’ve been more than 20 years ago made me feel old. Thanks to “Nude by Nubu” giving out free cotton candy on their shopping night my life has changed and I can have a full social life and join in on conversations about that fluffy sugar again.
Budapest’s a great place for those who like to hang around in artsy places. Now there’s one more to add to your list, The Painters Palace on Bródy Sándor. Here are some pictures from the opening last Saturday. Jesse above is one of the founders. If you’re a founder you get flowers.
Skirt/Vintage, Sandals/ Skopunkten
Candles. No one was burnt.
If you like to paint or to look at other people painting, go check out the Painters Palace
The owners are really cool and super friendly.
