Life On the Street

puccstiyagiAn Indian man cooking outside in the middle of November. Has he been locked out from his apartment? Why did he leave the TV on? Was he carrying a hot plate in his pocket? How big are his pockets?

puccsoutsideThe answer is, just another opening at Puccs with the artist Tiyagi making mulled wine. It was a good idea in the cold. For those who drink mulled wine that is.

keklolemonI don’t drink mulled wine and had to go straight to the after party at Kék Ló and drink real wine. Mainly because it was cold. Also because it was Friday.

kekloreadingFor others Friday is all about reading a book standing up in a bar.

Jellyfish on Mushroom

jellyThis Halloween I had no idea what kind of costume to make and then suddenly it hit me. Like a slap in the belly from a wet fish.

A jellyfish!

halloweenDorothy, Geisha, Skeleton and Mr Mushroom were some of the other people at the party.

maduzaJellyfish is meduza in Hungarian, my name was Maduza.

wmushyTwo moist creatures hanging out together filling up with liquid. That sounds a bit weird. What I mean is the mushroom and jellyfish didn’t have to dry put as there were drinks served.

Name Dropping

szimplaHere I am with my sister Camilla, her boyfriend Alex, and Nicole at Szimpla kert having a drink. Reading the names of people who probably had more than one drink before they started writing on the walls.

bulletBullet had a drink too.

fuck off it's FridayNow it’s Friday and time to fuck off on new adventures.

What are you doing this weekend?

I’m going to a place not so far away and a ferry is involved. If the ferry takes me back home again I promise to post some pictures. If not I’m sorry to give you the finger as my last picture. (Of course it wont be the last)

Painters Palace

flowerBudapest’s a great place for those who like to hang around in artsy places. Now there’s one more to add to your list, The Painters Palace on Bródy Sándor.  Here are some pictures from the opening last Saturday. Jesse above is one of the founders. If you’re a founder you get flowers.

stairsThere were stairs. Only one person fell down. He got up again.

90's lookOn the 9th of April I took the 9 and added a 0 and ended up in a 90’s inspired look.

bike in windowIn the afternoon I went down to check out a basement where two guys, one English, and one Dutch guy are turning in to a painting studio. Sounds like it will be a cool place.
